We are looking for a motivated individual to help clients through the initial stages of getting started with available services. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys explaining processes, communicating with people, and helping ensure that important steps are completed.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through initial service setup steps.

• Explain basic procedures and required information.

• Monitor completion of client onboarding tasks.

• Coordinate outstanding requirements with the appropriate team.

• Provide follow-up communication and progress updates.
