Position Summary
We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Entry Level Leadership candidate who is eager to grow into management. This role is ideal for individuals who are motivated, coachable, and passionate about helping others. You will start by learning the fundamentals of leadership and client relations, then progress into guiding teams and driving organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor new associates to achieve performance goals.
Client Engagement: Provide bilingual support (Spanish/English) to families, ensuring clear communication and trust.
Leadership Training: Participate in structured mentorship programs designed to build management skills.
Sales & Service: Help families understand and select life insurance solutions tailored to their needs.
Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership to implement growth strategies and meet organizational objectives.
Qualifications
Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Highly motivated, adaptable, and coachable
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
No prior leadership experience required — full training provided
