About the Role
As a Work From Home Associate, you'll connect with clients through scheduled virtual appointments, helping them understand available benefit options while delivering exceptional customer service.
You'll receive comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and mentorship from experienced leaders as you build valuable communication, client service, and professional skills.
What You'll Do
Meet with clients through scheduled virtual appointments using Zoom and other online platforms
Educate individuals and families about available benefit options
Answer client questions and provide personalized support
Build strong, long-term client relationships through excellent customer service
Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and care
Maintain accurate client records using CRM and digital tools
Participate in virtual training sessions, coaching, and team meetings
Collaborate with mentors and leadership to achieve personal and team goals
