• Conduct outreach via calls, texts, emails, and Zoom to connect with clients

• Maintain accurate client records using company-provided tools
• Deliver high-level customer care with a solutions-focused mindset
• Collaborate with team members remotely and contribute to group success

Requirements

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• No previous customer service or insurance experience needed
• Self-driven, coachable, and tech-comfortable (Zoom, email, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively
