About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients through scheduled virtual appointments using Zoom and other secure online meeting platforms

• Build strong client relationships through professional, responsive communication

• Maintain organized and accurate client records using CRM systems and digital tools

• Participate in virtual onboarding, training sessions, coaching, and team meetings
