What You’ll Do:

• Making outgoing calls, emails, texts and chats from clients

• Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions

• Guide customers through product features, services, and options

• Turn feedback into action by sharing valuable insights

• Collaborate with teammates to improve service and delight customers

Who You Are:

• Must be a US Citizen
