- Listen actively, empathize, and resolve issues — big or small
- Help guide customers on our products or services; problem-solve in real-time
- Document interactions in the CRM; follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Escalate issues when needed, and work with teammates to improve customer experience
- Be open to learning new tools/processes; adapt to change as we grow
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Empathy, patience, and a customer-first attitude
- Comfortable with tech (quick to learn new software / tools)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a remote environment
- Reliable internet / home office setup
