 What you’ll do
  • Serve as the friendly first point of contact for our customers, via phone, chat, and email
  • Listen actively, empathize, and resolve issues — big or small
  • Help guide customers on our products or services; problem-solve in real-time
  • Document interactions in the CRM; follow up to ensure satisfaction
  • Escalate issues when needed, and work with teammates to improve customer experience
  • Be open to learning new tools/processes; adapt to change as we grow

 What we’re looking for
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Empathy, patience, and a customer-first attitude
  • Comfortable with tech (quick to learn new software / tools)
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a remote environment
  • Reliable internet / home office setup
