Responsibilities
- Meet with clients through scheduled virtual appointments

- Assist clients with the benefits enrollment process
- Answer questions and provide clear, professional recommendations
- Build and maintain positive client relationships
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up as needed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable internet connection
- Access to a computer or laptop
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
