About the Role

Your role is to understand each client's needs, explain available benefit options, answer questions, and guide them through the enrollment process while providing a positive, professional experience.

You'll work in a collaborative remote environment where you'll receive ongoing coaching, practical training, and continuous opportunities to develop your communication, customer service, and professional sales skills.

What You'll Do

• Meet with prospective and existing clients through scheduled virtual appointments using secure online meeting platforms

• Listen carefully to client needs and provide personalized guidance

• Educate clients on available benefit options in a professional and consultative manner

• Assist clients throughout the enrollment process while delivering outstanding customer service

• Maintain accurate client information using CRM systems and digital business tools

• Participate in virtual onboarding, training sessions, coaching, and team meetings

• Collaborate with mentors and leadership while working toward individual and team goals

• Continue developing valuable communication, relationship-building, and remote work skills
