No previous sales experience is required. Training, coaching, and ongoing support are provided to help you learn the products, understand the sales process, and build confidence when working with clients.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with prospective clients through approved communication channels
- Learn and explain available insurance products and coverage options
- Understand client needs and present appropriate solutions
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients
- Build and maintain professional client relationships
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Complete required documentation and follow company procedures
- Participate in virtual training, coaching, and team meetings
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
What We’re Looking For

- Basic computer and internet skills
- Previous sales or insurance experience is a plus
- Active Life & Health license is a plus, if applicable
