About the Role

As a Remote Career Starter Associate, you'll work directly with clients through scheduled virtual appointments, helping them understand their available benefits while providing exceptional customer service in a professional and supportive environment.

From your first day, you'll receive ongoing coaching from experienced leaders who are committed to helping you build confidence and develop your career.


What You'll Do

  • Conduct virtual appointments with clients using Zoom and other online platforms

  • Educate individuals and families on available benefit options

  • Answer client questions and provide personalized support

  • Build strong, lasting relationships through excellent customer service

  • Follow up with prospective and existing clients

  • Maintain accurate records using digital tools and CRM systems

  • Participate in virtual training sessions, coaching, and team meetings

  • Continue developing communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
