About the Role
As a Remote Career Starter Associate, you'll work directly with clients through scheduled virtual appointments, helping them understand their available benefits while providing exceptional customer service in a professional and supportive environment.
From your first day, you'll receive ongoing coaching from experienced leaders who are committed to helping you build confidence and develop your career.
What You'll Do
Conduct virtual appointments with clients using Zoom and other online platforms
Educate individuals and families on available benefit options
Answer client questions and provide personalized support
Build strong, lasting relationships through excellent customer service
Follow up with prospective and existing clients
Maintain accurate records using digital tools and CRM systems
Participate in virtual training sessions, coaching, and team meetings
Continue developing communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
